As of October 10, 2007, due to stalled contract negotiations, Southwest Diagnostic Imaging (SDI) and its affiliates Valley Radiologists (VRL) and Scottsdale Medical Imaging (SMIL) are no longer in-network providers with CIGNA insurance. Existing and new CIGNA patients should contact CIGNA directly at 1.800.244.6224 to select a provider who is in network.

Alternatively, please be aware that we will continue to honor our cash pay policy for CIGNA patients who choose to receive services from SDI/Valley Radiologists. In the event your visit is of an urgent nature, please go to your local hospital emergency room.

If you want to continue receiving services from SDI/Valley Radiologists, you are encouraged to contact CIGNA and let them know that you do.
